Source publication page doesn't link to source package page

In a -changes e-mail, such as [0] we get a link to the source package release publication page [1].
This page highlights publication details, but doesn't have a link to the diff, which is usually why I'd click on a link in a -changes e-mail. If I remove the /quantal/ from the URL, I can get to the source package release page [2], which does have a diff, friendly build icons, and information about who uploaded it (barring the issues around syncs, LP: #861488).

While [1] has lots of links to itself, it doesn't link to [2]. It should.
Or maybe they should be merged?
