disk/max_diskspace_used doesn't account for swap partition when calculating size of used diskspace

Bug Description
This test can fail on systems with large amount of RAM and small hard-disks, as the swap partition size is not being factored into the figure used to represent the amount of diskspace used in the max_diskspace_used script.
We need to include the size of the swap partition in this figure

I remember we agreed on getting rid of this test as it's not really testing anything. I'll set as Triaged, and work to do: remove the test definition and fix whitelists accordingly.
If you think this shouldn't be removed, comment here, otherwise the first person to come across it to work on it can feel free to remove the test :)
