Bug Description

In Ubuntu 12.04 amd64
When pidgin starts first time (e.g. in Startup Application) its icon isn't showed at all.
After I switched in Preferences->Show system tray icon from "Always" to "Never" and back to "Always" empty space emerged between Skype icon ad keyboard indicator (picture2). It is a clickable space, behaves like icon: double click shows buddy list, etc.

BTW, systray-whitelist set to ['all']
