Bug Description

3 out of 3 books from scribe2.chapelhill throw this error when opening at foldout station:

Error triggered: fopen(/0/items/scribes/scribe2.chapelhill.archive.org/foldout/testimonyofrefugbokum/testimonyofrefugbokum_repub.log): failed to open stream: Permission denied (code 2)
file: /var/www/RePublisher/republisher_log.inc
line: 55

Terminating with return value -1!

We reimaged scribe2 on 4/19 and have not shot a scribe2 foldout since. We also reimaged scribe3 on 4/16, but foldouts work for scribe3. Seems similar to fix-committed-Bug #836608, but Jude says in 4/29/12 email:
"The permissions for this file appear to be correct, as in they should be
able to be read and written to by apache, so I'm not sure why fopen would
ail like that:

-rw-rw-r-- 1 www-data scribe 5166 2012-04-27 09:01
oldsantaftrailst00inma_repub.log

It also appears to be mounted properly on the foldout station."
