Source todo.txt file includes broken link

Bug Description

I have looked source code and in file todo.txt (on root) there are some info there, but first link "roadmap" is broken.

I suggest to remove first four rows (empty rows included) from file and rename fifth row from "or our future ideas page:" into "Future ideas page:"

There is no need to file bugs for things like this. You could have posted this in the mailing list.

And anyway, I think it's better to remove the file. readme.md does the job pretty well.

I have looked at readme.md file and I can't see any info about ideas link there. Maybe we can add ideas link to readme.md file and delete todo.txt file.
