vm-decode-mime-message and u-vm-color

vm-decode-mime-message and vm-present-current-message call each other in complicated ways.

This makes u-vm-color complicated and perhaps dysfunctional. Ideally, vm-select-message-hook should be enough to plug in u-vm-color. But that is not found to be enough and various advices are employed. The function u-vm-color-fontify-buffer-even-more often fontifies the entire mail folder, which is quite slow.

This needs to be straightened out. It seems like a major project.
