Bug Description

- I am using ubuntu 12.04 64 bit
- The gimp version is 2.6.12

- Start the gimp and the windows positioning is correct. Toolbar is in the bottom left, layer window is the bottom right, and the main window fit the screen well.
- But after i minimized it and then maximized it, the windows positioning messed up. It's overflowing the top panel and i can't drag it down. It will stuck like that until i restart the gimp.
