No binary after "installing" Skype

Bug Description

After a 11.10 -> 12.04 upgrade, the Dash listed Skype, but did not allow dragging the icon to the launcher. Software Center listed Skype as not installed, so I clicked install, which failed.

From a terminal, I removed all traces of skype from my system, to then run "sudo apt-get install skype". Which uses skype_2.2.0.35-0precise3_amd64.deb and claims to succeed. Only that afterwards, the only "*skype*" thing that can be found below "/usr" is "./share/doc/skype".

After an update, removing skype, deleting the package from the cache for good measure and installing again, it worked. Thanks!
