Bug Description
I've recently changed from Ubuntu 10.10 to 12.04 (fresh installation). I've noticed that compiz is consistently, and constantly, using between 12 and 15% of my CPU and Xorg is constantly and consistently using 15-20% of my CPU, even when I'm not actually doing anything and nothing is moving on the screen.
