Bug Description
Inkscape supports GTK icon theme, but as most of the icons are specific, Inkscape provides them by itself. One of them is the feature “snap” which, as it name says, snaps point to grid, guides, or other objects.
Elementary's camera app is named Snap. Snap provides its own app icon (as any othe app), but as it's called the same as Inkscape's snap feature, the app icon appears in Inkscape's interface.

This was fixed in Snap by changing the image name from snap to snap-photobooth.
