Bug Description

nvidia-common isn't required on arm, but when building:

mkdir -p mo/zh_TW/LC_MESSAGES/
msgfmt zh_TW.po -o mo/zh_TW/LC_MESSAGES/update-manager.mo
mkdir -p mo/zu/LC_MESSAGES/
msgfmt zu.po -o mo/zu/LC_MESSAGES/update-manager.mo
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/packages/BUILD/po'
cp: cannot stat `/usr/share/nvidia-common/obsolete': No such file or directory
make: *** [binary-indep] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: error: fakeroot-tcp debian/rules binary gave error exit status 2
