Bug Description

The package installation process failed.
Ubuntu 12.04 amd64
This is the command I tried
sudo apt-get install gimp gimp-plugin-registry unace p7zip-full unzip synaptic gdebi wine

Because of this the Ubuntu project can not support or fix your particular bug. Please report this bug to the provider of the software package. Thanks!

This package is not maintained by Ubuntu ( I mean Gimp 2.8.1 ), so it's not valid bug.
But if You want this package ( plugin registry ), I've made for myself ( removed conflicting plugin ):
