UNmounted devices still appear in launcher

Bug Description
Running ubuntu 12.04
When connecting an usb storage or external DD it appears (mounts) in the launcher. Same behavior with internal DD or partitions.
Right-click on those mounted devices > unmount
The disc (or whatever) is indeed unmounted but still appears in the launcher.
Wouldn't normal behavior be the device icon to disappear ?
(Is it also normal to have "format" so easily reachable on right click ?)

me too...but it just appears when i mount a NTFS partition,when i plug a USB stick it can be normal.I use ubuntu12.04 amd64 & Unity-3D.
