Score User on Community Website

Weird that some folks gets so many user points in a short time,it´s for me unclear why or how they get/deserve those points.

Which ones on the list are you thinking of?
None of the users in your example have that many points really.

Ok. That's one of the moderators. He's been working round the clock and what's been registered is probably most his comments in ideas that he rejects. Like we get points here for having this discussion. Nothing strange there. The reason you don't see what he's been up to is probably that you look only among the new ideas and not on the ones he's commented in. Search among the rejected ideas and you'll see what he's been up to.
One of the thing people do comment about is the amount of points you get for having 'friends'. A lot that is. Enough to make some collect them in a way I don't think it was intended.
But the points system is mostly for fun isn't it? It's not on the top priority for the functionality of the Community Page anyway.
If you have any ideas to implement around this, please file it in the ideas module at the Community instead so everyone can have a look at it. I know many care a lot for the point (but I don't). I don't know what action gives you what amount of points but I don't think it's not something for the bugtracker. At least not points for individual users.

ps. If you change status on this bug to invalid(because it is) you'll get some five brand new Launchpad Karma...
