Many menu items are missing ellipses (...)

When the usual goal of someone choosing a menu item will require more input after selecting that menu item, the item should end in an ellipsis (...). In Jokosher the ellipses are missing from:
* "File" > "New..." (doesn't require further input in most applications, but does in Jokosher, as it does in the Gimp)
* "File" > "Open..."
* "File" > "Save As..."
* "File" > "Mixdown Project..."
* "Project" > "Add Instrument..."
* "Project" > "Change Instrument Type..."
* "Project" > "Instrument Connections..."
* "Extensions" > "Add Instrument Type..."
* "Extensions" > "Search Freesound..."
* "Extensions" > "Manage Extensions..."
