Unity plugin can still be disabled

Bug Description

In the main window of CCSM you cannot disable the Unity plugin anymore, which is a good thing. However, if you click on the plugin, you can still disable it with the checkbox on the left.

Also, when a user tries to boot into the "Ubuntu" session, I think it should be checked whether the Unity plugin is still enabled, and if it is not, enable it automatically (or at least ask the user if it should be enabled). Because after I installed and removed Gnome Shell, the plugin was disabled, and I'm pretty sure I didn't do it.
