package libxml2-dev (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: './usr/bin/xml2-config' is different from the same file on the system

Reinstalling packages exported via dpkg to text file (ie. "apps.txt"), then importing package list via dpkg & doing:

sudo dpkg --set-selections < ~/apps.txt && apt-get dselect-upgrade

At some point, error message appeared.
