Bug Description
Change the following window management shortcuts
from:
Ctrl + Alt + D Minimises all windows
Super + Cursor down Restores focused window, if window is currently maximised
to:
Ctrl + Super + D Minimises all windows
Ctrl + Super + Cursor down Restores (if currently maximised) or minimises (if currently restored) focused window
Rational:
SUPER triggers the launcher, and the actions listed above do not require launcher interactions. As a result, using SUPER on it's own for these interactions has resulted in false positives where the launcher is revealed even though it provides no benefit for these interactions. Adding CTRL to the beginning of these shortcuts solves this problem, and also makes the shortcuts more congruous with the 'Ctrl + Alt + Cursor Keys' workspace shortcuts.

About the "show desktop" shortcut, which is one of the most well known shortcuts, I think it would be better to keep the existing "Ctrl + Alt + D".
If the rational is that "Ctrl + Shift" is used to interact on a window while "Ctrl + Alt" lets interacting with workspaces, I would argue that while "Ctrl + Shift" interacts with the current window, this is not what "Show desktop" does.
It hides all the windows. Seen another way, it lets us view the workspace behind the current windows.
So I don't think that "Ctrl + Alt + D" to show the desktop would contradict the new "Ctrl + Shift" vs "Ctrl + Alt" distinction.
