Code was commented out because of API incompatibility. Had forgotten about that.

- Add a Verification Interface like the FSMVerificator for the GUI, with callback listeners to implement generic FSMVerification rules

 Upgraded Verification to a Verificator with Rules.
The GUI maps verification Errors to the GUI.

Currently only states can display an error.

TODO:

- Reimplement all the needed verification rules in either one rule per verification action, or in one big rule to go fater
- implement a default std stream output to have a gui agnostic output (for example for command line tools)

Not all checks were reimplemented, but everything is there, we only need to reimplement.
That's not a release blocking deature
