Bug Description
Two things to report regarding notifications with heybuddy 316. First of all, I don't (and didn't) have notifications checked in settings. But, I'm now getting them.
Also, I noticed I get notification popups from people/bots I have blocked with identica. (they don't show up in my HB timeline). But, I don't know if this has been an issue all along as I haven't been running notifications.
EDIT: The second issue might be because the bot mentioned me by name this time. Not a HB issue.
