Recurring meetings fail in Exchange/Outlook

Creating a recurring appointment/meeting request in Evolution succeeds. However, when Outlook users attempt to view the appointment, including the originator (in Outlook), the error message is "Cannot open the item for this reminder. Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment."

Creation of recurring meeting/appointment should insert into Exchange/Outlook/Outlook Web Access properly, showing the recurrence.
