missing zlib1.dll file

I downloaded valide-0.7.1 binaries for windows on my windows 7 home edition computer. The valide-0.7.1 and vala-0.12.0 directories were created on my C: drive. Valide-0.7.1 program will not come up because there is no zlib1.dll file in the valide-0.7.1\bin directory. I found a zlib1.dll file in another product, Geany program editor and copied that zlib1.dll file into valide-o.7.1\bin directory. Valide-0.7.1 program did come up but would not load .vala or .bs files into the editor. Is there some place that I can download the zlib1.dll file that I need to use the valide-0.7.1 editor to create/edit .vala and .bs files? Thanks for your help in this matter.
