make it depend on gir1.2-notify-0.7

Installing this on Debian testing, i found it was not working, and nautilus reported this when i clicked "Mass Rename":

['/usr/share/nautilus-renamer/nautilus-renamer.py']
ERROR:root:Could not find any typelib for Notify
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/nautilus-renamer/nautilus-renamer.py", line 34, in <module>
    from gi.repository import Notify
ImportError: cannot import name Notify

I solved the problem by installing the gir1.2-notify-0.7 package.

Please add it as a dependency for the .deb package.
