codebrowse source listings don't contain line number anchors

As I said in #98826, I'd like to let pydoctor link from the docs it generates to codebrowse source listings, but there doesn't seem to be any way to link to a line of a file in a listing. trac does this, for instance:

   http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/browser/trunk/twisted/internet/interfaces.py#L344

Perhaps this and #98826 should have been just one report. Oh well.

Looks like there was a regression. The line number anchors are gone.

The fix is in loggerhead trunk again, and is working it's way through the tubes to be available on launchpad.
