nmap has no debian/watch file

In 'nmap' 5.21-1.1ubuntu1 from lp:ubuntu/nmap, there is no debian/watch file for new releases.

Looks like this is fixed in Debian unstable package 'nmap' version 5.51.6-0.1; therefore, I don't feel it necessary to forward the patch upstream and won't. Oddly, it's not in the git repo (last change ~21 months ago at the time of this writing).

5.51.6-0.3 is now in quantal, and has a debian/watch file which seems appropriate.
