Bug Description

The howtos for booting from usb (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/How%20to%20install%20Ubuntu%20on%20MacBook%20using%20USB%20Stick) don't work (at least not for Mac's with lion, as there rEFIT doesn't work).
Maybe there should be a /efi/boot/bootx64.efi included in the iso image, so anybody could just copy the iso's contents onto a fat32 usb stick.
