I could not duplicate this error by running the tests in the same order as the buildbot process that ran this test.

I can dupe this in a Lucid LXC in r15185 by running `./bin/test --load-tests worker6-987898.txt` with the attached file.

The fix for bug 989208 is now in trunk so it is not an issue.
