ISO is oversized by apt-on-cd

Bug Description

Our rootfs image is ~80mb smaller than Ubuntu's, but we have 153Mb apt-on-cd instead of 4Mb in Ubuntu. Congrego installs something strange there (e.g. Linux which is 53Mb in compressed form); it should install only the packages listed in "ship-live" seed.

Looks like it still is oversized. I'll investigate why it happens and how to fix it.
