fails to install and WORST - it fails to UNinstall

hi,

i have tried using TuxOnIce on the Beta version of Ubuntu 12.04

but installation failed - i have an encrypted swap partition.

when prompted with the error message, i have uninstalled the package.

all of this package management was done with synaptic

*BUT* when rebooting the laptop - it fails to boot.
giving the following error message:

could not stat the resume device file '/dev/dm-0'

fair enough that TuxOnIce is not yet working correctly with this version of ubuntu - but it should be a minimun requirement to have it uninstalling correctly.

I understand that hibernate is not possible with an encrypted swap (yet) but this package should be able to be unsintalled without creating problems for the user.

please let me know what files and further info you require to investigate this problem.
