Chatter searching on Posts, People

We need a "Discover" mode for these. Which probably means searching, meaning indexing.

I put a box on the mockups at:

User and post search are now implemented. Topics will be done on the next iteration.

I moved the topics part to another ticket. I believe this one is done and ready for testing.
