Bug Description

debian/rules uses:
dh_apparmor --profile-name=usr.bin.cobbler -pmaas-provision

Since the profile is /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.cobblerd, it should be using:
dh_apparmor --profile-name=usr.bin.cobblerd -pmaas-provision
