Bug Description

Hi,

network-manager used to store connections in gconf back in 10.04 days.
Upon upgrade to 12.04 and nm- 0.9.4.0 they live now in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/

But the old connection information from
~/.gconf/system/networking/connections/X/connection
is not migrated. I updated from 10.04 back in march.

This problem is also mentioned here:
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/networkmanager-list/2011-June/msg00149.html

If NM doesn't migrate connection information,
this needs to be in the release doc, I guess.

Yours,
Steffen

Just to make it clearer: I still have all my connections in

~/.gconf/system/networking/connections$ ls

but they don't show up in network manager.
