no icon for octave launcher

Bug Description
If I install octave3.2 using Ubuntu Software Center, then octave icon appears in the launcher. After I log out and log in again, octave launcher is still there, but there is no icon anymore, it just shows a question mark instead of an icon.
I am using Ubuntu 12.04.
