FFe: Sync links2/2.6-1 to precise

<ScottK> Looking at Debian Bug #668227, I'm thinking we should just sync links2. I verified it builds on Ubuntu and I think whatever feature risk the new release brings, retiring the known security issues in more important.

    since svgalib has been ported to non-x86 architectures as well as to
    kfreebsd.
  * Updated lintian overrides for spelling error false positives in
    translations.
  * Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.3 (no changes)

links2 (2.5-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
    + Refreshed the following patches:
      - links2-instead-of-links.diff

    + Imported new ipv6.diff from patch upstream.
  * Replace "dh_clean -k" by "dh_prep".
