copied it from /usr/share/
nevertheless samba shares dont work

Please can you check that the nmbd and smbd processes are running by executing the following commands in a terminal:
ps -aef | grep nmbd
ps -aef | grep smbd
The log files in /var/log/samba would also be useful - please could you attach them to this bug report as well.
