Bug Description

Windows 7 32bit
Inkscape 0.48.2 r9819

1) Open Inkscape
2) If maximized, un-maximize
3) Drag the top of the main window to the top of the screen so that Windows 7 maximizes the window
4) Open a floating dialog (e.g. fill and stroke)
5) Inkscape goes back to being un-maximized

Also, if you use the drag-to-half-screen feature in Windows 7 (by dragging the window the left or right edge of the screen), then open a floating dialog, Inkscape will return to its size and position

Can't duplicate this in Windows 7 x64 with 0.48.3.1.
