Bug Description

Release of Ubuntu: Precise 12.04
Package Version: ubiquity 2.10.16, gnome-orca 3.4.0-0ubuntu2
Expected Results: Orca should change its voice preferences when the user in ubiquity choices a specific language
Actual Results: Orca keeps reading using its english voice, even when the user in ubiquity selected a different language

Executing http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Install/DesktopAccessibility test fail at step 5, when selecting «spanish», orca keeps reading using its default voice (en), which makes really difficult to understand the instructions, even when the installer text is in the appropriated language.
