Black screen after resume from standby

sometimes i get a black screen when resuming from standby (sleep mode) and the login screen should actually show up. the only thing i can see is the cursor nothing else.

the error occurs randomly and only with ubuntu precise (all updates installed).

just a hint: this problem might also be connected to lighdm. not sure, though.

Same thing happenes randomly on my Lenovo Ideapad S12 (Atom netbook with Intel graphics).
Only option is to restart X-session with magic keys Alt+Print+K.

Same thing here on my netbook (Samsung N310). If I leave the computer unused for an hour, it goes to suspend, but then doesn't resume, leaves me with a black screen and a pointer. Restarting X with Alt Gr + Prt scr + K does make the computer react, but the black screen stays.
