Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot from ubuntu CD (I used ubuntu-12.04-beta2-server-amd64)
2. Select "Ubuntu MAAS installation or Enlistment"
3. Continue with the installation process until "Install or Enlist with Ubuntu MAAS Server" screen.
4. Select "Install Ubuntu MAAS Server" option

What happens:
5. The installer shows "Ubuntu Installer main menu" screen defaulted to "Install or Enlist with Ubuntu MAAS Server" option. If selected, it goes again to "Install or Enlist with Ubuntu MAAS Server" screen and it continues to loop between these two screens.

What should happen:
The installer should proceed with the maas installation on select of "Install Ubuntu MAAS Server" option.
