Bug Description
In bug #812673 the access to a file uploaded by a member was retained even when other members don't have access to it. However, that does not yet apply to images.

Now that access to artefacts has been tightened up i see this happening:
Member A uploads a file and an image in Group -> files
Admin removes view/edit/Publish rights for members
Member B cannot see any files in Group -> files
Member A can see both image and file listed but cannot access either when clicking on them.
