Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde-guidance-powermanager

When I set cpu scaling to performance, the word performance appears on the second line under "CPU Frequency:" This causes both words to be clipped because the popup/mousover window does not change size to accommodate the longer words.

Seems like you have other problems as your frequency is not reporting correctly. Do the "processor 1(2)" bars ever move?
