accomplishments-daemon does not verify trophies if U1 sync daemon is not running

Bug Description
On some systems Ubuntu One Sync Daemon does not start when the user logs in the system. In that case trophies will not be validated, as they will never be send to UbuntuOne.
The daemon should wake-up the U1 Sync Daemon, when starting. It won't harm to run "u1sdtool --start", just to ensure that U1 daemon is running.
