after restarting compiz, minimized windows no longer interactive from tasklist / launchers (AWN/dockbarX/Cairo-Dock)

Whenever i restart compiz, Awn/DockbarX no longer is handling minimized windows properly. In this screenshot all of the windows you see were minimized. You will notice DockbarX sees them as still being minimized, even though they are not. If you click on unminimize (from the launcher menu, black-menu) it does nothing. Clicking on the launcher (which should minimize /unminimize the window does nothing).

The only way to get the windows work with DockBarX is to manually minimize all of the windows, after which you can click on the launcher to minimize/unminimize again.

Interestingly, if you try to unminimize windows using DockbarX's menus, nothing happens (compiz seems to be ignoring unminimize, unless using the launcher).

Steps to reproduce;

1. open a bunch of applications

2. minimize them

3. restart compiz

4. try to interact (unminimize) windows using AWN/Dockbarx right-click on launcher menus(and possibly other docks / task list utilities)

You should note that in this case - i am using many wine-apps, however i can reproduce this with any apps that i have installed.

I should also add, that yesterday i had left a bunch of windows open (but minimized) and when i got home a few hours later - i tried to click on the launcher for the minimized windows, and it completely disappeared from my tasklist.
