"Enable Wireless" is unavailable after unticking

Bug Description

After unticking "Enable Wireless" in network manager indicator menu, the menu item "Enable Wireless" is no longer available.

Expected behavior:
I can again click the icon to get the menu and re-enable wireless.

Actual behavior:
I click the icon but "Enable Wireless" is missing from the menu.
I have to use "Fn+F2" shortcut or run "nmcli nm wifi on" to re-enable it.

Steps to reproduce:
Click network manager indicator icon. Untick "Enable Wireless"
