Bug Description

Evergreen 2.2+

In the TPAC, the search depth() and site() search filters appear in the search query box after an advanced search has been executed. Both values are controlled, site() explicitly and depth() implicitly, by the search form library selector. Having them also appear within the search query is redundant and confusing. The one exception to this is when the user enters those values by hand into the query, in which case it makes sense for the values to persist.

This issue will likely be easier to resolve after bug #942748 is merged.

This fixes the problem for the common case, but doesn't deal with the "bigger" problem that we could leverage bug #942748 for later. See the commit message for more detail.

Testers wanted! Thanks.

Looks good to me and saves some of our library staff headaches I'm sure when changing library search scope.
