Bug Description

* Add support for HEAD requests to a BrowserView by adding a HEAD method
* Test by sending a HEAD request to that view directly - works
* Send a HEAD request via VirtualHostMonster

Expecting
- same result as if you requested it directly

Actual
- 404

Sounds likely. There's been plenty of problems with HEAD request in Zope related to ZTK views and resources. The other open tickets are inconclusive, so there might be other problems.
