On wakeup from sleep computer turns on wifi

Bug Description
When comp is put in sleep then it doesnt remembers wifi has been disabled
1. Make comp on batery lid closed to sleep
2. Be on battery and disable wifi right clicking NM-applet
3. Close lid so its in sleep
4. Wake it up- experience wifi turned on
Instead on 4. it should be as set.
On 12.04 it remmembers wifi setting - fixed.
On 10.04 LTS it doesnt remmeber and turns it on - not fixed.
