Bug Description

Just after Debian sync freeze, Debian introduced a new version of libpgjava for use with postgres 9.1. Also, the current version does not build in Precise:

I have tested a build of the new version in my PPA and it builds nicely.

Note that this renamed the binary from libpg-java to libpostgresql-jdbc-java, so libpg-java is now NBS and still has quite a few reverse dependencies: http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/nbs.html

I'll add a transitional package for this.
