compiz desktop wall glitches

I've shot a video, sorry for a poor quality:

the problem is clearly seen on 13-15 seconds

I've customized the desktop wall a little bit, so I have a single column of virtual desktops, like this:
  X
  X
  X
  X

instead of:
  X X
  X X

Now when I'm switching between virtual desktops with CTRL+UP/CTRL+DOWN I have that weird flickering. Here's how to reproduce it:

* Open some app on the top virtual desktop and leave all other virtual desktops "blank"
* Start switching desktops between second from the top to the bottom one( doing it fast will give you more changes to notice the glitch )

It actually looks like compiz ( or something else, sorry, I'm not really confident with that ) is somehow placing the app on a wrong virtual desktop but in a moment changes it mind and places it on a right one.
