ICS eMMC image Encryption unsuccessful, tablet unusable issue

How to reproduce:

- After bootup perform sudden power removal
- boot-up interup and reboot.

reproducibility:
2/5.

Issue observed:
Encryption unsuccessful. As a result data on your tablet is no longer accessible.

To resume perform factory reset.
factory reset will reboot snowball.
But again same issue.
We need to reflash image again to make it working.

It was observed in kernel 3.1. But fixed later in 3.2. But didnt observe in 3.3

Since this is observed even in kernel 3.3, this need to be investigated. Need input from Linaro team and also background of this issue.

Sounds like this issue re-appeared. Could it be due to the re-base we missed some patches?

Didn't observe so far in 12.05 release candidates.
Need to do a detailed test again to see if this issue get reproduced.
